Youth Outreach Team
In 2017, the B.R.I.D.G.E. theatre project came to Rwanda to work with local actors and students to create a play written by local students. The B.R.I.D.G.E. theatre project had brought plays to Rwanda that were written similarly by students from other countries. This exchange of culture was an incredible experience for the students involved.
Thanks to generous support from the US Embassy in Kigali, B.R.I.D.G.E. will be returning to share their methodology for creating plays with the Mashirika team so that more plays can be created and more students voices can be heard.
